Apply sustainable principles using proven, state-of-the-industry materials and systems to attain Certified, Silver, Gold, and even Platinum LEED certification for:

ALL climates,
ALL project sites,
ALL project budgets,
ALL building types, and
ALL architectural styles.

The key to achieving this goal is to incorporate appropriate sustainable design features early in the design process and track the process through construction completion.

Crozier Architecture has over 25 LEED certified and registered projects and is active in the Upstate Branch of the SC Chapter of USGBC.  We have also adopted the 2030 Challenge (a dramatic reduction in greenhouse gas emissions) to further demonstrate our dedication to sustainable design and operations.
